About Bridget
When my plane landed in Bellingham over thirteen years ago I felt like I had been homesick my whole life, but was finally home. It has always been my intent to live where you would most want to vacation and with everything it has to offer, Whatcom County is the perfect spot. Starting my real estate career in property management gave me unique insight to the purchase of investment properties. Having managed 200 single family homes, twelve condominiums, and a 38 unit high-end apartment complex the bulk of my experience is with buyers looking to invest in the hugely profitable rental market that Bellingham boasts. However, there is nothing like helping someone find their first home, or going through the emotional transition of down-sizing once the kids have all moved on from their childhood home. Whatever your real estate needs may be, I am here to help you.

About Zay
After growing up on the "opposite coast", I moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2002. I immediately fell in love with the climate, the lush landscape and the amazing terrain. I always wanted to live in a place where the mountains met the sea and I found that in Bellingham. Having traveled the world, I have found no place else that feels as much like home. I feel extremely fortunate to live somewhere so beautiful and feel it is the perfect place to live, work and raise our family. I have a varied professional background, starting my career in banking and finance, then pursuing and obtaining a B.A. in Psychology at Western Washington University and remaining there for graduate training in Experimental Psychology. Since college, I have worked in the social services field where I have managed a shelter for homeless and runaway youth, overseen foster care programs and provided youth and family counseling. Currently, in addition to real estate, I am the Executive Director for a social services agency providing shelter and supportive services for homeless and low-income families. I have a strong commitment to ensuring that everyone has a home of their own and my background in psychology enables me to thoroughly and thoughtfully evaluate the needs of my clients and successfully negotiate the best deal possible. The real estate process can be extremely stressful at times, so having a broker with expertise in real estate and ways to reduce the emotional toll is a unique benefit to our clients.
